Will I receive fresh seafood?
Absolutely. Freshness, purity, and quality are at the core of everything we do. Operating directly from the Karachi Fish Harbour, we deal exclusively in wild-caught, fresh seafood. All items are sourced, cleaned, and dispatched regularly to maintain top-tier freshness. Note: In rare cases, our commitment to quality may cause slight delays, but we never compromise on freshness.

You can also leave any special instructions in the customer notes section. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

We offer a wide variety of both local and imported seafood, including:

  • Sea and freshwater fish
  • Prawns, crabs, lobsters
  • Oysters, mussels, squid, and octopus
  • Imported delicacies like salmon, scallops, and caviar
  • Karachi: Home delivery available
  • Other cities: Railway station delivery is available in Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi

Note: Courier services do not accept seafood due to its perishable nature. Advance online payment is required for out-of-Karachi orders.

  • Karachi deliveries: Seafood is transported in temperature-controlled boxes via motorbikes.
  • Other cities: We use insulated Thermophore boxes with ice and airtight wrapping to maintain freshness during railway transit.
  • Karachi: Minimum 2 kg (per item)
  • Other cities: Minimum 4 kg total, with at least 2 kg per item

All prices are based on the gross (uncleaned) weight. The final net weight may vary depending on the cut and size of the seafood.
Any net-weight-based offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Karachi: Rs. 300
    • Rs. 400 for Gulshan-e-Maymar, Naya Nazimabad, and Saadi Town
  • Other cities: Rs. 1,500 (railway station delivery)

No. We operate on a fresh sourcing model and do not stock seafood.

  • Karachi: 1–2 working days
  • Other cities: 3–4 working days after payment confirmation
Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives. Once accepted, no claims can be made afterward.
No. SeaFresh.pk operates directly from the Karachi Fish Harbour and does not have any retail outlets. This allows us to deliver seafood that’s as fresh as it gets.
Refrigerate or freeze the seafood immediately after delivery. For best results, use airtight containers or vacuum-sealed bags to preserve freshness and shelf life.
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been processed for delivery. Please contact us via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible to make changes or cancel your order.
